CLR Error 800405 executing the new updator

Getting an "CLR Error: 80004005, The program will not terminate" error when trying execute the new updater.

Running on Windows 7 professional 32 bit. All patches available on MS update are applied. Executing with "Run as Administrator" doesn't help.

Any suggestions?

Sounds to me like possibly a corrupted file in your .NET Framework installation. Try un-installing your .NET Framework and then re-installing it.

The updater should be back up to date now. Are you still having problems with this?
