I also cant open any daily, reputation or event guides

Try updating again there was a new update about 10 minutes ago. See if that fixes it.

OK, i reupdated the guides and that error dissapeared, but now when i chose any of the daily, reputation guides it says it is "improper" to my character.

I'm a humam priest lvl 85 with dual spec holy/shadow
