Well, I bought the guides before the release of cata, based on the following in the FAQ:

If I buy a guide now will it include updates for Cataclysm?

Yes, if you purchase a leveling or dailies guide today you will be totally covered for all Cataclysm content. You will be able to use our current guides until Cataclysm is released and then you will be able to update them to the full 1-85 changes free of charge.

Cata has been released, nothing in the updates, just a button to spend another 30 bucks on the new content.

Bad Karma.. REALLY bad..

There might have been a mix up in the system when you ordered. Fill out the Contact form and include your Clickbank number, let them know what's up, and they'll get your sorted out.

Hi prevuk, we see that your purchase was made before October, which didn't make the cutoff date for the free upgrade. If you would like to upgrade your Guides the fee is a small $20 for each leveling Guide ($30 for both).

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn't change the fact that the FAQ was in place BEFORE I made the purchase. I spent a few days trying to decide wether to buy or wait until the release of cata, but having read your FAQ, I decided to go ahead.

Telling me (as I was by email this afternoon) that I made the purchase before the FAQ was added is rubbish. I simply would not have made the purchase so close to the release of cata knowing that I would have to pay again for the upgrades.

I can see that I am not going to win this, so, as I say, VERY bad Karma.
