    password reset page 404

Tried to login from a new computer to install and could not recall my zygor PW. Link to reset 404's.
Luckily I had PW saved on 'old' primary computer's browser, so was able to reset after logging in.
Emailed from contact us form, once without clickbank number, and again with it and received a canned response to forward my clickbank info to both requests.
This autoresponder is awkward and does not give the impression that anyone has seen or will see the request for help, and the 404 issue should be addressed.
Others may not be fortunate to have their password available, the broken link could be a real impediment to getting help.

Don't know how they handle the support mails but I'm sure someone will read them. Keep in mind that the Zygor teams has office times and they are in the US.
The forgotten password page for the forum indeed gives a 404 but the one from the members page is accessible:

We have not seen the issue with a 404 error and unfortunately without an order number we cannot provide your account information. When requesting any information regarding your account or password please make sure to include your order number in the email to cut down on lost time. Thanks for you help

Just confirming, I just went thru the password recovery stuff (Members Area) and could not get a 404 page. Maybe there was a small hiccup when wbrown tried but it appears to be working. Have not tried logging out of the forums to check on password recovery from that section.

The page that throws the 404 is the one linked from the forum login:
            http://www.zygorguides.com/forum/login.php?do=login
You have to be logged out to see the login page. And you get to the forum login page by just clicking login next to the username and password fields at the top of the forum page where normally your username is shown.

obviously I was able to recover password to log onto forums, same password for guide as well.
I was disconcerted that the page 404'd more than anything, and once logged in you wouldn't need to use PW recovery. Thought it may be what is apparent, if it doesn't work, you have no idea unless someone mentions it.
Hopefully its just a simple redirect error and can be corrected.
BTW: Its a good idea to request the clickbank account for verification, I'd suggest adding a note to the reciept to safeguard it, I normally delete reciepts for online transactions after completion.
I did notice in the web contact us form there is a feild to enter the reciept number, one time I did, another I did not. Assuming that the field processed the info into the email you (the admin) recieve, and then being asked to forward it again is a bit confusing.
