Try disabling all other addons so that Zygor is the only one and see if you can reproduce this please. If you don't get this with all other addons disabled it means there's an addon conflict.

May sound a bit stupid but did you have a guide selected with that character? This one looks like no guide or a guide not existing anymore (guides have been renamed when the loremaster guides came) is selected.
