    Can't install

    Created a user name and password. Tried to install and they present me with fields with my real name, not user name. Won't accept the password I created which is verified in an email Zygor sent me. I change the box to the user name I created, enter the password and it tells me it's incorrect. It should not be this difficult

    Can you please post a screen shot of where you're being asked to enter name and password? Is it the Members Area or the Zygor Updater? Did you create your account via the forums or via the Members page?

      When I download the updater it asks me for the password during the installation process. I created the account from the member's page.
