Blood Death Knight talent tree issue

I just redid my blood DK talents (listed as 31/0/10) in the guide, but I can't fill out the tree. Basically it looks like there are only 30 points in the Blood tree, not 31, and I can't select Dancing Rune Weapon at the bottom unless I allocate a point to a talent which was not recommended.

In fact, looking at the appropriate LUA file in the folder, it looks like only 39 points have been allocated as follows:

Looks like only 39 points to me (30/0/9), not 41 (31/0/10). Where are the other two?

Confirmed as fixed in build 3.1.2260 with one minor nit: Now the build is 32/0/9 on the tree (2 points to Crimson Scourge added) but the talent advisor drop down menu still shows a 31/0/10 build. But at least using the tree works correctly. A minor nit to be sure, one that doesn't impact functionality, but one to note for the future.
