Have you tried again since getting this error? There's a possibility that the website was having a technical issue to cause this. Also, have you tried re-booting your system to make sure it wasn't something running in the background causing any interference?

It's working now, and, although I haven't used the guide in-game yet, it seems to have been resolved. I posted this message because it asked me to.
