Take Flights Automatically not working

I am testing the new updated Zygor Guide and I have enabled "Take Flights Automatically".

I am playing a low level human and I am on the quest-steps where I need to fly to Stormwind for supplies to Goldshire. I noticed that it didn't take the flight automatically from Goldshire to Stormwind but assumed it might be a bug in that step. However now I need to fly back to Goldshire (Step 13) and it doesn't take the flight either.

Every flight step I've run into so far has not automatically been taken with that option turned on, so I'm going to wager it's not actually working properly yet.
