Pet Talents + Paladin Sacred Shield Fixed

Hey!

Quick update to let you know we've fixed the issues with Pet
talent builds giving a "wrong talent spec" error. We've also
fixed the bug with Paladin's Sacred Shield talent claiming to
be unknown, amongst other fixes. Here's a the complete list:

* Fixed the "status_black_smallbuild" error displaying for
Tenacity Non-Beast Mastery pet build
* Fixed pet talent builds. Should no longer receive a "wrong
spec" error
