installer screen goes crazy

«i tried to load the add on from the website but the screen says its not in a public folder in my settings then that screen multiplies all over the rest of the page

First go into the updater settings and make sure everything is correct, you may need to look for the WoW inderface\addons folder whether it's inside your WoW folder or one of the folders the updater suggests.
Then check your username and password.
