Can't install add on folder does not exist?!

I am trying to download Zygor's guides again after getting a new computer, I downloaded Wow, used curse to get all of my add ons back, so on and so forth, try to re-download my Zygor's guides and it say's that my add on folder does not exist.. How do I fix this/ create a new add on folder.

Ok, since you got addons thru Curse I'm going on the assumption that you've been in game at this point and had your other addons working. If this is not the case please let me know.

Do the following:

1. Launch the Zygor Updater (hold the Shift key to keep the Updater from auto-launching WoW if needed)
2. Click the Settings button
3. In the top box set the directory path to your WoW/Interface/AddOns folder
4. Make sure your Zygor website username and password are in the proper boxes
5. (Optional) Un-check the Automatic mode to keep the Updater from auto-launching WoW
6. Click OK
7. Click Repair

The following are the default locations for the AddOns folder if you installed WoW to it's default location. If you changed the installation path then that will be the location for the AddOns folder.

Windows XP:
C: -> Program Files -> World of Warcraft -> Interface -> AddOns
Windows Vista & Windows 7:
C: -> Users -> Public -> Games -> World of Warcraft -> Interface -> AddOns
Mac:
Macintosh HD \ Applications \ World of Warcraft \ Interface \ AddOns

I don't seem to even have an Interface folder, Im using Window's 7... I just can't find it.. and Yes, all of my AddOns from Curse Client have been working perfectly..

Ok, in the Updater Settings for the top box use path I have listed above for Vista and Win7. If that still doesn't get you going I'll be home from work in about 1.5 hours area (9am est) and I can hook up with you on a remote session and get you all fixed up fast if you'll be available then.

I had the same problem.

Looking at comment 1, which helped a lot but I found an easier way to solve it -

-Open up the Zygor guides installer
-Click on settings
-Under the first box labeled, "World of Warcraft addons folder:" look the right and click the button with three "..."
-Go to computer, Program Files, World of Warcraft, Interface and MAKE SURE to click on AddOns after to have it highlighted
-Hit okay, then install!

Yeah, I got him sorted out. I had forgotten that on the x64 OS the Addons folder isn't in the Users path.
