Addition of Horde Guide Not Working

Hi,

Like the other posts, I tried to add the Horde Guide. Not installing properly. Trying to lvl a goblin but none of the quests guides are being loaded. Sent an e-mail to support group.

Any idea what the turn-around time to address this problem is?

There seems to be some problem with the automated processing of the purchase. I don't know if the Zygor team is in the office on weekends. Normally it shouldn't take much time as long as the Zygor team are not asleep.

During the week it's normally fixed within about 24 hours but during the weekend it's always slower. I'm sure they'll git it fixed for you as soon as they see it.

same trouble just purchased the horde leveling guide but wont let me install it.

Make sure you use the Contact Form and send in your problem that way, including your ClickBank order number. If one of them checks on the emails from home then they'll see the contact form submission and you'll have a better chance of having it fixed quicker.
