addition of 1-85 guide not working

purchased the dailies and events guide, installed , works fine, then purchased the 1-85 horde/alliance package ,refreshed updater still shows only 1-20 trials and the dailies and events guide for my account,
have sent an email with transaction details, thought id post here too , in case i have missed something

You didn't miss anything, currently the purchase processing system is experiencing a small bug. Once the team see your email they'll get you fixed up, just that with it being the weekend there might be some delay.

Since it's the week and not the weekend it should be fixed within 24 hours. It all depends on when someone on the team sees the message from that form being filled out.
