i paid for my guide a few hours ago and the installer is telling me it is assuming i am a trial member still because my "password is incorrect." funny it isnt incorrect when i log into the web site. fix this please.

Write a ticket to the support please. I can assure you this isn't a rip off since I've been using Zygor guides for over 10 month now and never had a single issue with not getting the content I payed for.

I don't know where you live, but have some patience due the time difference.

Yeah, it's just a bad coincidence Spence that the server is having an error the day you signed up. I am having the same prob, and I've been using Zygor for over a year. Very rare that they have issues.

For now, just use the manual installation zip from the download section and extract it to your WoW\Interface\Addons folder until this is fixed.
