Ordere not approved

I went to purchase the new Pets and Mounts guide, thge horde and alliance version for 35.00 and it comes across saying that my order has not been approved and to try another card...I contact the bank and they have no record of this declining and therefore say it is not on their end at all...can someone help me out here or is it just a glitchv in the system, I fverified everything with the bank, I am using the right card, I am using the correct information...and I have 800+ in my account so I know it is not due to lack of funding there. I am using Mastercard and even tried with Paypal. something aint right here,m could someone help me fix this? I been waiting for some time with this guide, Oh and I used the card to make other purchase this morning, so please give me a hand...thanks

Sounds like a hiccup somewhere in the system. Make sure you go to your Members Area and then click on Manage Guides for trying to order. If it doesn't work a 2nd time then I'd recommend using the Support link at the top to contact the team directly.

I did that, they told me to try a different email address and that might work and usually it does wortk. =) and that ended up working....
