First let me say how much I like the Leveling guides, but I have noticed that the glyph advisor tends to suggest glyphs for a level 25 to 50 player (1 each Prime, Major and Minor)that are unable to be used at that level. Better would be to list them by level. (Lowest to highest)

It depends on the class and spec. Some of the builds you can learn all the suggested glyphs by like lvl 40, just not inscribe them as the next set of slots aren't available yet. Some of the other builds, a chunk of the suggested glyphs can't be learned even though there are slots available.
That aside, unless there's been a change since last I looked (which was awhile ago), as it is it just suggests in the order they're listed in the build (which a good chunk are ordered by level).
