    Horde cooking guide - step 100 - make Filthy Animal home location. This is an Alliance location and horde are expelled. The correct place should be": Amisi Azuregaze, the Legerde.....49.8 39.9 Dalaran.

      What Cabby meant is that NPC ID and coordinates for that step are wrong.
      Search in the Horde professions guide for:
      .home The Filthy Animal
      The first one should be the cooking guide.

      The step says:
      goto Dalaran,44.7,63.4
      .talk 32413

      The coordinates are for the Alliance innkeper:
      http://www.wowhead.com/npc=32413

      The Horde innkeeper (in the Filthy Animal) is Uda the Beast at 65.6,32.6.
