Just a heads up...

"Step: 3 Go to Ironforge 29,14
Talk to Lunar Festival Vendor.
Buy 8 Small Blue Rockets
Buy 2 Blue Rocket Clusters"

I purchased the rockets and clusters but the guide did not show that they were purchased. Moved on to the next step and that went just fine.
