Guide installation tip - hopefully this may help others
I am new to WoW and to Zygor Guides. I downloaded the free trial version of the Guides and I absolutely love them! They make a hugely complex game so much more easy to understand and enjoyable.
When I reached level 20 I immediately purchased the full Leveling Guide; a no-brainer really.
I have a Mac and I downloaded the appropriate Client but do you think I could get it to work?! I kept getting errors and I could not understand why. After scouring the support forums I found the answer: MY PASSWORD CONTAINED SPECIAL CHARACTERS, NOT JUST LETTERS AND NUMBERS. After changing it everything worked flawlessly. I hope this post helps someone else who may be experiencing the same thing.
