how long is usual for support response?

I accidently sent a pm to the support team instead of using the actual support form ( blame the beer on that one lol) and got no response after 4 days.

So yesterday i reposted my question in the proper support form and was just wondering how long it may take for a response on that, if there is a "usual" time scale

I know which PM and support ticket you are referring to. That has to be handled by the accounts department. They are not in the office to respond to things like that over the weekend, and a lot of times on a Monday they are busy with getting caught up with weekend stuff and don't always get to respond to everything on a Monday. You should most likely get a response today as they finish getting caught up on everything.
