From step 216 (get 15 Giant Mantis Shrimps) upon obtaining or clicking the links in the step it moves you to step 227 (Make 15 Charbroiled Tiger Steaks).

Are you using the latest guide version? Also, can you post a screen shot of step 216 so I can figure out which one of the many times the Giant Mantis Shrimp is mentioned is the one I need to look at.
