First off I can not Kill Slingtail Treeleapers because they are Green and I am Exalted with them.
Secondly, and most importantly, Banquet of the Grill requires the following ingredients:
100 Year Soy Sauce
Redbelly Mandarin
Rew Crab Meat
White Turnip
You do not need Jade Squash for this.
The Same ingredients are needed for the "Great Banquet of the Grill" just more of them.

Path: Mana drinks and Random Food buffs
Step 137: Tells you to Talk to Jian Ironpaw and Learn Banquet of the Brew.
Banquet of the Brew is not available at this step for me.
But more importantly than that, Jian Ironpaw is the Way of the Oven and she sells Chun Tian Spring Rolls(600)
Bobo Ironpaw is the one that you learn Banquet of the Brew(575) from, along with Great Banquet of the Brew(575) and Mad Brewer's Breakfast. (600)
