Step 18 is in Uldum which is right.
Step 19 go to Uldum 60,23 , should be Mount Hyjal.
Step 20 same problem as step 19 should be Mount Hyjal.
Step 21 portal in Hyjal, correct.
Missing step should take portal to Deepholm instead of staying in Stormwind
Step 22 should be Deepholm not Stormwind
Step 23 correct
