Faction Change Bugged Shieldwall Offensive?

Hey there,

Hopefully this is not a bug and wondering if someone can help me.

I did the dominance offensive quest line when my pally was Horde and now I'm trying to pick it up from the NPC Lyalia in Vale but it's not allowing me to pick it up.... Because I'm alliance?

I checked lion's landing and there was nothing there, I was just wondering how I could get access to do my dailies again.

This looks like it might be some kind of phasing issue due to the faction change. Try submitting a GM ticket about it. I have a feeling they need to do some kind of reset for your toon in the background.

There have been often issues with Shieldwall and a faction change.
A post at wowhead suggests to look for Varian Wrynn at the shore in Krasarang. Should be step 3 in the guide.

A GM ticket should also help, one of my guild mates had the same problem.
