Just bought the horde daily guide for mist. Now the only thing showing for daily guides is northend. Shows I should have the aliance and horde daily guides up through Mist. Aliance is working. But only northend is showing up for horde.

Sounds like maybe the Updater settings are off. When you run the Updater do you see your name in the middle? If so, when in game and you open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left for your version number?My Flight Path Follies guide

I got it to work. the files were not in there. So I clicked on the "repair" button and did the full reinstall and now the files are there now!!!!!!!
