Waypoint arrow points to wrong location

I completed a quest and the guide told me to turn it in. But, the waypoint arrow will not update to where it's supposed to be turned in. Instead, it continues pointing back towards the original quest location.

Yes, I have tried flying around, etc. to see if it would auto-correct. But, it never did.

Try stepping back 1 step and then go forward 1 step to this step again. Looks like it just didn't register the step change in the arrow.
