The Limnologist not recognizing a caught fish

When doing http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=5478/, I have caught 6 http://www.wowhead.com/item=53067, which the achievement progress window indicates. However, the Zygor guide does not learn that I have successfully caught said fish, and thus does not automatically advance. When I do the manual advance, it goes to the next step as expected.

Edit: it is stuck on step 4, unless you manually advance.

Step 12 has a travel system bug. From Eastern Plaguelands it wanted me to hearth back to Shrine of Seven Stars. Then it gets lost. It wants me to click a portal in the Shrine, it doesn't specify which portal, so I chose Stormwind. Once there, it asked me to take the portal to Jade Forrest, then fly back to the Shrine.

Rinse and repeat. This is with "fastest, use every trick". The guide says go to the Isle of Quel'Thalas.

I may have a few more bug or suggestions, now that I am doing this. Step 10 has Raw Spotted Yellowtail. This can be caught where the guide wants (The Hinterlands), but I found you were more likely to catch it in step 11 (Eastern Plaguelands).

More: it is more effiecient to do steps 12, 14-16, then 13, because the guide wants you to take the taxi from Swamp of Sorrows to Netherguard Keep. From there ride or fly to the Dark Portal, and on to step 17.
