Due to unexpected downtime of the ESO servers we have to delay the early guide access. It might be delayed about another 50 minutes.

I'm sorry to say that, but you failed completely. Early access was not possible and now, after the "official" release, things are still broken. To be honest, that's uncool.

I hate the delay too, and see it as a bit unprofessional but I'm hoping to make up for it they offer a discount for the first few hours/days seeing as the price is a bit high as is. I know people need to make money and this is a new product but even so those that signed up to be notified and are now still waiting(I have been in Early Access since Sunday but have held off playing waiting for these guides) should get something for the delay. Either way I hope the guides come soon.
