ESO spinning waypoint arrow

Anyone know how to stop the waypoint arrow from spinning? I'm getting dizzy lol. Khenarthi's Roost lvl 3-7 Aldmeri dominion guide

Scratch that, I was underground when I last logged off.. coming back up stopped the arrow spinning.

Unfortunately, sometimes when you logout during a quest in ESO, when you login again, the game will have rewound your character's progress a little bit. So you might find that a few things you completed last time you were logged in, are no longer completed and you have to do them over again. While strange, this seems to just be how the game was designed. Maybe this was the case for your issue?
