Done...Then, Step 9 Talk to Irein (Arrow points to Stros M'Kai 43,49

She's down beside the water, right across from the Grave.

Where exactly?

Ive ran up and down...I don't see Irein, for the quest or and icon that shows quests near.

That's the wrong side of town. Try opening and closing the map again to see if that makes any difference on the arrow.

Still nothing...am I supposed to go south to the other town? Seems its bugged giving wrong coordinates.

Ahh yeah the cords are jacked but Its the grave icon on map...I think I found it

Yeah... the grave map icon.. the entrance to that is a cave by some water and she's right across the water.

Also, please make sure you're using the latest version of the guides.
