Hi

I am still showing only two trial guides (i believe they are trial).

I have checked the zip and it is showing 600kb levelling but I am unsure if the java client has overridden it.

Any ideas?

Okay - so I have deleted the addon folder.

Re-downloaded the zip file and extracted it to the new addon folder - checked to see if the 600kb file was there it was. However still only two trial guides when I load it up.

Re-deleted it all - and did it via java - checked it was installed in the correct folder - loaded and still saw only the trial 2 guides..

Any ideas.....

Your account shows you have only purchased the Aldmeri Dominion Leveling Guide so the fact that the Aldmeri file is 600kb and the other 2 are trials sounds right. Are you playing on a character that ispart of the Almeri Dominion faction? That is the only faction you will have the full guides to.

Yep playing wood elf.

I am reinstalling ESO into default directories - then will see if that would make a difference.

On a positive note - the trial guides were brilliant lol - thats why I am so keen to use it
