Quick Question about shadowfen

Basically now that you have "polished" up to level 29 in the ebon pact, because im currently lvl 27 and i have quests that are lvl 30. Does this mean i could go back on my guide and pick up quests that wern't originally in the guide? because i have a feeling ill be going onto the next zone in your guide well under leveled

You can try but since ESO does not provide a quest history there is no way to know what quests you might not have done.

Yeah but i thought wont they be marked in "green" on your guide?

That green marking is from the quest history if you're thinking about how everything is with the WoW guides. We don't try to keep track of every quest you've done with the guides as that would fill up space and memory fast. We only go by what information the game will pass to us. Right now we can basically just see what's in your quest log.
