Step says I meet the Prophet, but he doesn't spawn. I am level 13, I suppose I need to grind to 15 for it? Maybe add a step before this step, explaining it, so that others won't wonder why he doesn't appear.

I was as well level 13 when i hit this step, i had to skip this and finish the rest of the Stonefalls guide before I hit lvl 15 and the Prophet appeared. I feel something needs to be said about this other than just that you need to grind to level 15? If the guide is expecting us to be level 15, then why werent we?
