Zygor guides mages guilde quest line for dagger fall area

I'm working through the guide and am in Dagger fall on the level 8-16 area. I have run across only one quest for the mages guild via the guide. As I continue through the leveling guide will it pick up on the mages guild quests, or will I need to do those separately?

The mages and fighters guild quests are mixed in with the guides so you'll hit them.
