Only 2 guides showing up

I purchased the levelling guides for Ebonheart and Dominion - having instaled and reinstalled using the updater and manual methods I can only get the 1 -7 guides to show up to show - any ideas anyone?

I did reply to your email so check that.

Use the gear icon (bottom right) on the Updater client and make sure you have your username and password entered correctly. Also double check the Addons Directory setting to make sure it's pointing to the correct spot.
