See Image of where the guide states the NPC is however he's the opposite side of the ruins as shown with the white waypoint.

If you open the Addons listing (Escape key and Addons on left) what version are you running for the guides?

1.0.8964 i only downloaded it this evening so its the most uptodate on the site.
