Can't get the Ebonheart Guide to Load

I've tried many different ways to get the guide loaded. I've made sure that the Zygor Updater Client has my correct user name and password. I've manually downloaded the zip file and extracted the contents via the instructions. I've clicked the wrench icon to reinstall the guides. Everything I've done has only resulted in the 1 - 7 guides being displayed.

Any advice?

You purchased the Daggerfall guides. The Ebonheart and Aldmeri will only be the 1-7 trial guides until you purchase those guides.
