only 2 guides loading
Having purchased both ebonheart and aldmeri, I have tried all suggested cog wheels, spanners etc but I'm still only getting 2 guides showing in game (lvls 1-7). Updater is telling me that my guides are up to date but still no joy. Can anyone help me? starting to get a bit annoyed lol

Check spam folders for your email account as I replied to the email address you used on the support form. Sometimes it will get put into spam folders and people don't see the responses. I'll give you the same response here as I do in the email.
Are you playing on the EU server? If so you will need to go into the Updater settings (gear icon bottom right) and on the Game Installation section the bottom box for ESO (Addons Directory) you'll want to change the \live\Addons part to \liveeu\Addons.My Flight Path Follies guide
