Zygor window not popping up

While waiting on response from support maybe one of you all can help. Zygor Ebonheart worked great until Tuesday. It now says it loaded activated guide Deeshan 16-24 but the window doesn't show. Nor is there a little 'Z' in any corner. I've deactivated and reactivated... deleted and reinstalled but nothing changes.

Thoughts?

Check spam folders. I always respond within a few hours, even when I was in the hospital for 3 days for my heart attack getting some stents put in.

Use the Escape key and look in the Controls settings for a Zygor section. If you find it then just set a hotkey for the first one and that will toggle the guide viewer.
