Skywatch missing NPC Firtoril

NPC called Firtoril is not available when we go to Skywatch.
Guide has to be manually updated beyond this point. No idea of consequences if I don't participate at this part.

When you look at the addons listing in game what version is shown for the guides?

Looks like this might be for the frog race but I heard that it had been removed due to being too buggy. Will have to double check.

This quest "The Racer" has been temporarily removed from the game. We've now removed it from the guide as well, and this change will be reflected in the next guide update. There are no consequences for not doing the quest, it's a standalone quest, no quest line.
