I would just mention, that in this questline, you need to speak with the Dreamwalker before turning in the quest. This is not mentioned in the guide, and it just directs you to go turn it in.

This is at step 397 and you can't turn it in, before talking to Stormy-Eyes in a cave.

Please double check in the guide to see if there's a possibility that the step was there but got skipped for whatever reason.

I already did this and it is not mentioned. It tells you to get the vampire blood and then to hand in the quest.
