I just bought the guide and now im having problems.

I tried out the trial, but it only had 3 guides. When i purchases the full thing it again only has 3 guides. only for specific levels. not 1-50.

Please make sure you have your Zygor log in details entered into the Updater client settings (gear icon) then use the wrench icon to re-install the guides. That should fix it for you.
