Help Please: Starting Leveling Guide Mid-Way

I have started the leveling guide mid-way through my character progression which has left me very confused. I tried scanning through the addon to find a quest close to my character, but I can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know a good starting point for a level 19 character in the Aldmeri Dominion Alliance who has been questing in Grahtwood for a while already? Which step should I be around or what quest(s) would be good to start at so I can see if I have already completed them. Thank you for any help guys!
