Cannot access guide

I just purchased a guide for ESO on here...paid $30. I received an error message with a receipt number....still no reply about getting a product I purchased. The Zygor installer does not show it.

Please fix this issue ASAP.

Everything looks fine on your account and the Aldmeri purchase you made is active. Please use the Java Updater client to get it installed.
