Farming Guides Waypointer Missing

When using the farming guide the waypointer and path is gone, the ants are on the map but no waypointer, the waypointer is there to take you to the area to start to farm but once in the zone it disappears.

I can confirm this.
Also when you manually set the arrow to the farming route (you can click on the route on the minimap or world map to set a waypoint towards one of the waypoints of the route) the arrow will show up but not switch to the next waypoint of the route when getting close.

Actually, the trick with clicking a waypoint on the path is working as intended - if you point manually, then it stays manual. But, the waypointer disappearing in "standard mode" isn't correct and will be checked.
