Outlands City Portals not available for leveling characters

The guide keeps telling me to use the Stormwind Portal to get to Outlands for questing at level 60, but for a level 60 that (and presumably the other city portals) doesn't exist.

When you are in game and open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left for the version number?

My Apologies and much embarrassment. Your guide is, as always, great. I did not realize that they had created a new portal upstairs almost exactly above where the old one was. Apparently I am vertically challenged.

Must be a Gnome, which would be an understatement! Glad you found it though!
