Professions and Achievement guide not working [RESOLVED]

I purchased the professions and the achievement guide, but it does not display the actual professions guide content in the game. I can see the achievement part of the guide but not the professions guide. When I try to start a professions guide it tells me that I need to purchase the guide since I'm using the free trial version, which I have already purchased. How can I fix this issue. I have already uninstalled the client, I have deleted all profiles in the client. I have used the repair option in the client and rebooted my Mac many times with no fix, Please help me fix this issue.
