Questline broken because I dont have resources to upgrade

I am at step 157 of Frostfire ridge,
I used my resources to buy Excess Potion of Accelerated Learning... so now I cant complete this quest, and it looks like the guide wants most of those quests done to continue... any idea what step I should skip ahead to?

You should be able to manually skip forward until you can find a quest you're able to do. Since you don't have the resources you'll probably have to skip a lot of quests until you can find one to do. I believe the quests you'll be skipping are just to level up the barracks and you should be able to come back and do that after you've gathered more resources.
