New's From Talador Not Available

The quest New From Talador given by Durotan in Gorgron is clearly not available yet Zygor is telling me I have to accept it please help!

So apparently this quest is only available at level 94 my question is why Zygor would have me doing this quest in a guide that ENDS at level 94?

The step to accept that is almost at the end of the guide (only 11 more steps in the guide) so it was put there probably when our team had hit 94 and it was available. The team is going thru these levels again to try to find these kinds of small things and get them fixed. I'll make sure they are aware of this.
